IMMEDIATE VACANCY

1. SAFETY SITE SUPERVISOR

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Must have YELLOW BOOK

• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and result-driven.

• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills

• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Aggressive and fast learner

• Good attitude and responsible character

• Willing to travel

2. QUANTITY SURVEYOR

 5 years experience in construction industry.

 Work based in Api-api office.

 Monitor & control the project income, turnover & cost/margin as per project planning. This include preparation of information of project status review/risk review to the project team and department management.

 Taking off quantities for tendering

 Pricing of bill & quantities

 Evaluation of subcontract’s claims & preparation of payment certificate for subcontractor.

 Follow up and coordinate on variation claim matters including submission of variations order, preparation of supporting documents, variation order report and etc.

 Attend to all contractual matters for main contract and subcontract through out the process phase.

 Any others QS function required by the superior and the management.

 Prepare cost management, progress claim, final account, valuation of contract works and is familiar with contractual claims.

 To assist the Contract Manager on all aspects of Pre and Post Contract management of the project.
